Alex and
Vina is a handmade, vintage inspired jewelry collection named after the
designer's grandparents. The designer wanted to create something just
as beautiful and timeless as their love for each other. Our goal is to
create unique jewelry inspired by different time periods, so that every
woman can be a stunning just as the fashionistas if the past.
About the Designer
Jeanine Romo was born in the city of Pasadena. As a Los Angeles native, Jeanine was always surrounded by fashion. As a young girl she would frequently visit the fashion district of Downtown. She studied fashion design and
merchandising at California State University, Los Angeles. Upon
graduation Jeanine began working in the industry. Her goal was always to
begin her own business, so in late 2009 the company Alex and Vina began. Jeanine also co-owns Los Angeles' first mobile fashion boutique, Le Fashion Truck.
